Cancellation & Studio Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a pottery class, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled class time. Cancellations made with 72 hours’ notice are eligible for a credit toward a future class.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as materials, kiln space, and instructor time have already been reserved.
