Vendor Liability & Responsibility Agreement
By participating as a vendor at the Well Made Market hosted by Good Girl Market & Studio, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Responsibility: Each vendor is solely responsible for their products, materials, equipment, booth setup, and personal belongings. Vendors assume full responsibility for the safety, quality, and legality of all items sold or displayed.
2. Insurance Requirement: Vendors are encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance. If a vendor does not carry insurance, they acknowledge that they are fully responsible for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses related to their products, booth, or activities during the event.
3. Release of Liability: By participating in this event, the vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Well Made Project or Good Girl Market and Studio , the event organizers, staff, volunteers, property owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the market, including but not limited to:
Injury to the vendor, their staff, or customers
Damage to property
Theft or loss of vendor property
Claims related to products sold by the vendor
4. Product Liability: Vendors are fully responsible for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from the products they sell, including product safety, labeling, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
5. Booth Safety: Vendors agree to maintain a safe booth space and properly secure displays, equipment, and merchandise to prevent accidents or injuries.
6. Compliance: Vendors must comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and applicable laws.
7. Agreement: By signing below, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Vendor Liability & Responsibility Agreement.
